Silver Ever-After

2002

Sabrina could set a pretty brisk pace in her sewing room. If she suddenly decided to attend a Renaissance Faire the following weekend, she could create something new to wear. She was able to spend her days sewing, because she didn’t work until evening. For this dress, she pulled out her favorite pattern, Simplicity’s Ever After (No. 8735), and made the rounds to the fabric stores. Before the weekend arrived, the costume was finished; not only the gown, but also the accessories and trim.
One reason Sabrina could whip up a dress in a week was because she knew what she wanted and went with it. If the truth be told, this applied to Sabrina’s major life decisions, as well as her costuming. She had been this way since she was a little girl.
