2010 edit: It served me well but I retired this petticoat.

This tucked petticoat is Simplicity's 9764. I made it to coordinate with the Laughing Moon chemise and drawers, which have smaller tucks. The lace is just some 12" wide poly-cotton. I'd intended to replace it someday, but at this point I think I've grown attached to it!

The petticoat is cartridge pleated to a waistband. I have since repleated the skirt so it sits below my natural waist. Not necessarily a period solution. But keeps down on the bulk around my waist. This gives my modern figure a slightly more historical look.
