Jean Hunnisett’s pattern for a Regency Bum Pad, on p. 27 of Period Costume for Stage & Screen. It’s just a tiny little thing, stuffed with batting and tied with 1/8″ twill tape. Though I’ve kept detailed project diaries since the very beginning, this one somehow slipped through the cracks. To my horror, I couldn’t find any notes on exactly when it was made! I’m certain it was started before the Laughing Moon Regency chemise.
