Laughing Moon #132, Ladies’ Bodiced Petticoat 1800-1825. A raised waist petticoat made up in white cotton muslin with 1/2″ twill tape for shoulder straps. Since I skipped the bodice portion of the pattern, finishing it was simply a matter of adding a waistband. The waistband closes with a pretty shell button. Thread loops were then added to the outside for tying on the bum pad.
