Truly Victorian’s #261, 1885 Four-Gore Underskirt, made in pima cotton lawn with french seams and a gathered ruffle. It’s shown over my Laughing Moon long bustle. This TV skirt pattern is drafted for a slightly larger bustle. So I adjusted the side and back length to my own bustle’s measurements, by simply redrafting the pattern’s hem before cutting.
