Truly Victorian’s #247, “1865 Elliptical Skirt” in cotton batiste. It’s shown over my elliptic hoop. This TV skirt pattern is drafted for a slightly larger hoop. So I adjusted the side and back length to my own hoop’s measurements, by simply redrafting the pattern’s hem before cutting.
